A Shoutout to Cozzini Bros
“I first learned about Cozzini Bros through a friend who owns a Jewish deli in Brooklyn, and I was immediately intrigued by the concept of having new sharp knives delivered every two weeks. It relieved the burden on my chefs to keep their knives sharp, especially when we’re slicing smoked fish regularly. It’s been really fun getting to know some of the guys from the company; I always enjoy their visits, swapping out knives, and having a quick chat before they’re on their way in their cool little truck. I also appreciated the generosity of providing myself and other chefs with your knives for the bar and restaurant show in Las Vegas, which speaks volumes about your commitment to the industry. Over 30 culinary students from Johnson & Wales were blown away by your knives’ quality and selection.”
Exciting Ventures on the Horizon
As Chef Nick Liberato looks towards the future, his passion for innovation and exploration knows no limits. With new TV concepts in the pipeline and plans to expand his deli, “The Borscht Belt,” into new territories, his culinary journey continues to unfold with excitement and promise.
