“I am a proud second-generation Mexican American. My family has always embraced and celebrated Hispanic holidays and traditions, passing down not only the significance of those customs but also the importance of family unity. These values, rooted in my heritage, drive me forward, no matter the challenges.”

💬 Aaron’s Story:
“My grandfather opened a Mexican restaurant called Taco Haven in 1969, where I began working from a young age. He taught me the importance of giving back to the community, a value I still carry with me. I always strive to help others, both personally and professionally.”

👨‍👩‍👧 Biggest Influence:
“My biggest role models are my mother and my grandfathers. They have shown me the value of hard work and helping those in need, which has shaped both my personal and professional outlook.”

💬 Challenges Overcome:
“I have not faced specific challenges because of my heritage, but my upbringing instilled in me a strong work ethic and a mindset of perseverance. These values continue to drive me forward.”

Mi familia siempre ha abrazado y celebrado las fiestas y tradiciones hispanas, transmitiendo no solo el significado de esas costumbres, sino también la importancia de la unidad familiar. Estos valores, arraigados en mi herencia, me impulsan a seguir adelante, sin importar los desafíos.”

💬 La Historia de Aaron:
“Mi abuelo abrió un restaurante mexicano llamado Taco Haven en 1969, donde comencé a trabajar desde muy joven. Él me enseñó la importancia de devolverle a la comunidad, un valor que sigo llevando conmigo. Siempre trato de ayudar a los demás, tanto personal como profesionalmente.”

👨‍👩‍👧 Mayor Influencia:
“Mis mayores modelos a seguir son mi madre y mis abuelos. Ellos me han mostrado el valor del trabajo duro y de ayudar a quienes lo necesitan, lo cual ha moldeado tanto mi perspectiva personal como profesional.”

“No he enfrentado desafíos específicos por mi herencia, pero mi crianza me inculcó una fuerte ética de trabajo y una mentalidad de perseverancia. Estos valores continúan impulsándome hacia adelante.”
