Favorite Part of Her Culture: “Everything! Food (Tacos), music, the people. So hardworking, humble, and generous.” 🌮🎶
💬 Margarita’s Story:
“I haven’t faced explicit challenges, but I’ve always felt like I had to work harder than others who are not a minority. Being a minority has given me the drive to push myself and never settle.”
👨👩👧 Biggest Influence:
“My parents. They came to this country with nothing and not knowing the language, yet they managed to raise three kids without us ever feeling like we missed out on anything.”

“No he enfrentado desafíos explícitos, pero siempre he sentido que debo trabajar más duro que aquellos que no son una minoría. Ser una minoría me ha dado la motivación para empujarme a mí misma y nunca conformarme.”

“Mis padres. Vinieron a este país sin nada y sin conocer el idioma, pero lograron criar a tres hijos sin que sintiéramos que nos faltaba nada.”
